What you will learn?
In these 60 minute TRX classes we will rediscover the basics of TRX exercises and specific techniques. These exercises will give your body an excellent foundational full-body strength workout a to keep you strong and fit. There is something in this class for those experienced with TRX and for those that are total beginners.

What to expect?
Every class will address upper body, lower body, core and posterior chain. Workouts will be intentional, upbeat and fun, and for all levels. You can expect to get stronger, develop better balance and reach higher levels of fitness. I am there to support you on your TRX journey. You can participate in the live online zoom class on Thursdays and/or do the weekly class when it best fits into your schedule. While I don't recommend doing the same workout every day, you will get the most out of this class by repeating the recorded workout 2-3 times per week until the next class/workout.

This class is a 4 week series and you must register for the entire series to participate. All classes will be recorded and available for viewing for one full week following class. This class is subject to a minimum of 5 participants, we will issue full refunds if the class does not fill.
